Knocking Down COVID With Beautiful Bullet Journal Spreads

What do you do to stay sane during a global pandemic? Do something you love! If it can be motivating, all the better.

Bullet Journals are especially good for that. It’s why I love mine so much. It forces me to take a creative day at least once a month.

I’ve recently stumbled onto the world of COVID spreads. I’ve never included COVID in my bullet journal because my bujo and other creative outlets are sought after because I need to take a break from the world.

However, I see the appeal. Take something ugly and scary and make it pretty. Place it on a page and it doesn’t feel so out of our control. I could control the colours on the paper, and I can assign behaviours to be elicited by the page. It accomplishes essentially the same thing my Tumblr does: It gives me a semblance of control.

Below, I’ve included some of types of COVID pages you might want to include in your upcoming months.
